Dalam rangka pelaksanaan Akreditasi LKSA, Tim Asesor Akreditasi dari Badan Akreditasi Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (BALKS) Kementerian Sosial RI dan Balai Besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial (BBPPKS) Yogyakarta melakukan Visitasi di LKSA Suara Hati, Selasa (23/07/2024). Kegiatan visitasi Akreditasi/reakreditasi kepada LKSA ini dimaksudkan untuk menentukan tingkat kelayakan dan standarisasi penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan sosial, sesuai amanat UU No 11 tahun 2009 pasal 51 ayat 1 bahwa akreditasi dilakukan terhadap Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial.
Didampingi Kabid Dayasos Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sidoarjo Ibu Niniek Setyawati dan Pengurus Forda LKSA Kabupaten Sidoarjo, kedatangan Tim Assesor ini disambut baik oleh Ketua LKSA Suara Hati beserta jajarannya. Menurut Ibu Rustantiningsi dari BPPKS Yogyakarta, menyampaikan bahwa kehadiran asesor adalah untuk melihat kesesuaian layanan di LKSA Suara Hati dengan 6 standar yang ada.
“Kehadiran kami disini tidak lain ingin melihat bagaimana yang dari terakhir diakreditasi sebelumnya, apakah sudah sesuai standar baik program, layanan, sdm, hasil, organisasi maupun sarpranya. Karena sudah memberikan layanan kami harap tidak keluar dari standar. Jika layanannya sudah bagus monggo dipertahankan. Jika ada yang masih belum pas, dari tim asesor bisa memberikan rekomendasi ataupun masukan dan kita sama-sama belajar” jelasnya.
Sementara itu Asesssor BALKS Ibu Dwi Ana Sofianti menambahkan, “Kami dari kementerian sosial mengucapkan terima kasih pada masyarakat yang sudah membantu masyarakat yang memerlukan layanan. Kami mendorong mayarakat yang peduli utk membuat layanan- layanan LKS. Kami mengemban amanah dari permensos nomor 17/2012 tentang akreditasi untuk melihat, menilai standar pelayanan yang sudah dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan 6 standart tadi,” Kata Ady. LKSA Suara Hati sebelumnya pada tahun 2021 telah terakreditasi dengan nilai B, dan akreditasi tahun ini merupakan reakreditasi.
Alhamdulillah kegiatan akreditasi berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses, semua pengelola LKSA Suara Hati berharap mendapatkan nilai yang maksimal sesuai dengan yang ditargetkan. (May)
